Shopping with MOI LIBERTE
You can order products from us online via this website only. When you place an order for a product, you are offering to buy it at the price stated, subject to these Terms. We will send you an email to confirm that we have received your order. Please note that this email confirmation does not necessarily mean that we will be able to meet your order, as all orders are subject to availability. Your order (including payment) is an offer to buy from us, so nothing we do or say will amount to any acceptance of that offer until we actually send the product to you. You must pay for products before we dispatch them.
If we are unable to accept your order, we will inform you of this in writing and will not charge you for the product. This might be because we do not ship to your country or because we have a system issue that means we are unable to process the order correctly. If you have already paid for the products, we will refund you the full amount as soon as possible. This does not affect your statutory rights.

PRICE
The order pages on www.moiliberte.com will display the price for each product, denominated in UK sterling and inclusive of the current VAT rate applicable in the UK. In the event of a change in VAT rate between the time of order placement and delivery, we will adjust the VAT you pay, unless you have already paid in full before the change takes effect.
While we strive for accuracy, pricing errors may occur. If we discover a pricing error in your order, we will promptly inform you using the contact details you provide. You will have the option to reconfirm your order at the correct price or cancel it. If we cannot reach you, we will cancel the order and refund your payment in full. Changes in product prices will not affect dispatched orders or those with a dispatch confirmation. However, if a pricing error is obvious and could have been reasonably recognised by you, we reserve the right to cancel your order, refund your payment, and require a return of the products provided.
Delivery costs will be automatically calculated and displayed based on the delivery address you specify before you enter your credit or debit card details.

PAYMENT
You can place your orders using various payment methods such as Visa and Mastercard credit cards, Visa Debit, or Apple Pay. When making a payment online, your credit/debit card details will be encrypted to ensure maximum security during transmission over the internet. Payment for the products and associated delivery charges must be made in advance of dispatch.

Furthermore, your credit card company may perform security checks to verify your identity when placing an order. Once your order is placed, all relevant details and invoices will be included with the delivery to the address you provided.
DELIVERY AND CHARGES
We will deliver all orders within 30 days from the date we accept your order, excluding Bank Holidays and weekends.
If an unforeseen event outside our control causes a delay in the supply of the products, we will notify you as soon as possible and take steps to minimize the impact of the delay. We will not be liable for any delays caused by such events, but if there is a risk of a significant delay, you may end the contract and receive a refund for any products you have paid for but not received.
If you are not available to take delivery, and the products cannot be delivered through your letterbox, we will leave you a note informing you how to rearrange delivery or collect the products from a local depot.
If you fail to rearrange delivery or collect the products from a depot after a failed delivery, we will contact you for further instructions and may charge you for storage and additional delivery costs. If we are unable to contact you or make a delivery or collection arrangement despite reasonable efforts, we may end the contract and refund any advance payment, but we may also deduct reasonable compensation for the net costs we incur due to the contract's termination.
You will be responsible for the product once we have delivered it to the address you provided.
You will own the product once we receive payment in full.

Our returns and refunds policy is straightforward yet thorough, allowing us to efficiently resolve most inquiries over the phone. If a matter cannot be resolved immediately, we will aim to respond within 24 hours with either a solution or an estimated timeframe for resolution. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and MOI LIBERTE and can only be amended in writing, superseding any other terms or conditions of the contract proposed.

Our website is solely intended for promoting our products in the UK, and we regret that we cannot accept orders from or deliver to addresses outside the UK. As we operate only within the UK market, we cannot guarantee our website's compliance with the local laws of any other country.

The use of MOI LIBERTE and these terms are subject to the laws of England & Wales and the jurisdiction of the English Courts. This means that any contract for the purchase of products through our site and any disputes or claims arising out of or related to it will be governed by English law. You may bring legal proceedings regarding the products in the English courts. If you reside in Scotland, you can bring legal proceedings in either the Scottish or English courts. If you reside in Northern Ireland, you can bring legal proceedings in either the Northern Irish or English courts.

The terms for ending your contract will depend on the nature of the product, its condition, our performance, and the timing of your decision to terminate the contract.
If the product is faulty or incorrectly described, you may have the legal right to end the contract, request a replacement, or receive a full or partial refund (as outlined in the "Faulty/Incorrect Products" section). If you wish to terminate the contract due to our actions or communications, or if you change your mind about the product, you may be eligible for a refund within the cooling-off period, subject to deductions and return costs (as outlined in the "Right to Change Your Mind" section).
If you terminate the contract for reasons specified in (a) to (d) below, you will be entitled to a full refund for any undelivered products, compensation, or both. The reasons are as follows:
We inform you of a change to the product that you do not agree to.
We inform you of an error in the price or description of the product you ordered, and you do not wish to proceed.
There is a significant risk of delay in the supply of the product due to external factors.
We have breached the contract in some way.
To terminate the contract for any of these reasons, please contact us by email at moishopuk@gmail.com. We may provide you with a returns code, and you must send the items back to us via Royal Mail First Class (recorded) and include proof of postage from the Post Office to be eligible for a refund of return postage costs. Most orders cannot be returned due to hygiene reasons, but we will assess each case individually.
You have the legal right to change your mind within 14 days of receiving most products purchased online, subject to exceptions outlined in the "Right to Change Your Mind" section. If you decide to cancel the contract within this period, we will refund you the purchase price (excluding delivery charges), less any deductions as outlined in the same section. We may reduce the refund to reflect any reduction in the value of the goods due to handling that would not be permitted in a shop. The maximum refund for delivery costs is the least expensive delivery method we offer. We will process the refund within 14 days of receiving the product back from you, or after receiving evidence that you have sent the product back to us, whichever is earlier.
If you receive a faulty or incorrect product, please contact us within 30 days of purchase by email at moishopuk@gmail.com. We will arrange a refund or replacement, including applicable delivery charges, and reimburse you for the cost of return postage. Please provide the order number we assign and follow the return procedure outlined in the "Faulty/Incorrect Products" section. If you require assistance with a product more than 30 days after purchase, please email us at moishopuk@gmail.com for further guidance.
These terms do not affect your legal rights as a consumer. You can obtain advice on your legal rights from your local Citizens’ Advice Bureau or Trading Standards office.
